Hello Wellness!
We are basically at the end of the semester, but that just means we get to have another semester together. So it's not "Good Bye", it's "Hello" and how are we doing as a class?
Please provide feedback.
1. How was the first semester? What was good? What was bad?
2. If you could offer something you'd like us to cover next semester, what would it be?
3. How is the format of the class? Do you like it? Do you dread coming to class each day? Why?
4. How is your emotional/spiritual/mental health right now? Is high school making it harder or better? Let's try and point to a reason why. Please explain.
5. Are you getting the grades you'd like to as a high school student? Please explain. If you are not, please point to the reason that you are struggling. Is it a behavior? Can you fix it?
